Afrik Interim Canada is recruiting for a client for the position of a Distiller

Job Role
The focus of the position will be on making spirits (whiskey, vodka, moonshine, gin, etc.)
Creating recipes
Mixing ingredients
Overseeing production

The Ideal Candidate must have:
Five years hands-on experience distilling with a 250l- 500l Mueller (Germany) pot still or other (European) brand making Vodka, Whiskey, Gin, Eau de Vie and other spirits and liqueurs, as well as experience making beer, wines and ciders.
Ample knowledge to operate, clean and maintain all of the equipment (i.e. mash tun, liquid solid separator, fermentation tanks, filtration and blending).
Must speak good English (some knowledge of German would be considered an advantage too).

Compensation
This position will pay CAD 60,000 a year to start plus benefits.
