What will you be working on?
Ensure regulatory, corporate and site safety and environmental standards are being followed by conducting safety audits, risk assessments and housekeeping tours. Ensure all projects are evaluated to ensure that any hazards to workers, the public, the environment or the integrity of the physical plant, will be minimized through project design parameters. Demonstrates adherence to EH & S policies and procedures. Includes supervision and coordination of Mosaic contractors.
Plan and coordinate inspection of structural and stationary assets including data collection, interpretation, and recommendations.
Creation and management of inspection work orders in Mosaic CMMS.
Report and data management, owner of Risk Based Inspection database or programs.
Assist in the development, review and revision of inspection procedures
What is required for this role?
Relevant blend of 10 years inspection experience and certifications or Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma
One or more of API 510, 570, 653 certifications; CGSB L2: MT, PT, UT, RT, and/or CWB Welding Inspector Level 1
10+ years experience within maintenance or MI program for owner/operator of stationary equipment. Understanding of API Codes, ASME section V, SectionVIII, IX, ASME B31.1 & B31.3; CSA W59/AWS D1.1
Ms office, Maximo or other CMMS system, MS Project
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills required. Able to work with the equipment inspectors and Operations personnel in an effective manner
Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaics pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
