About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to provide leadership expertise for applications on an IBM i-Series platform utilizing RPG programming language. FCIAS offers both full time and contract opportunities.
The Systems Analyst will have:
5 years experience developing with RPG;
5 years experience working with IBM i-Series environments;
Previous working experience and knowledge with:
db2 and SQL databases;
Control language programming;
Rational Requisite Pro use cases (preferred);
Rational Unified Process (preferred);
Aldon Change Management Software
Data Modeling
ITIL Service Management Processes (preferred)
Effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening);
Proven analytic and troubleshooting skills;
Knowledge of agriculture and/or crop insurance programs in Saskatchewan considered an asset.
