DESCRIPTION
This position requires a dynamic self starter with strong technical knowledge, a positive, ambitious attitude, demonstrated experience and high standards in the areas of merchandising and customer service along with the ability to organize and delegate.  Strong leadership and outstanding interpersonal skills are critical in this environment.   Reporting to the Grocery Manager the produce operator is responsible for all aspects of the department such as:  ordering, displaying product, preparing value added, inventory counts and margin control.
