Education/Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management or equivalent is an asset Degree / Diploma in Computer Science,
Business Administration or business related equivalent Experience:

5+ years project management experience

5+ years project management experience in an Information Technology environment

A solid understanding of the fundamentals of change strategies methods and tools is an asset
Experience with the following project management and communication tools:

Microsoft Office Microsoft Project
Skills and Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to assist the business clearly articulate their technical needs and requirements

Ability to present information to groups effectively Ability to manage stakeholders professionally and effectively

Accepts responsibility and accountability for their actions

Ability to see possibilities, innovative and adaptable to course changes Ability to bring structure to complex problems / transitions

Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
