Education/Certifications:

University degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration (or equivalent)

Certified Business Analysis Professional considered an asset



Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience performing business analysis

Minimum 5 years of experience in the software development life cycle

Minimum 2 years of experience in working with agile methodologies and principles

Experience modelling business capabilities, business processes and business requirements
Skills and Abilities:

Strong technical skills

Familiarity with application development methodologies and application architecture

Familiarity with application integration considered an asset
Strong leadership skills
Ability to facilitate large groups of stakeholders
Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels

Ability to lead business and technical teams
