Planet of the Vapes is one of Saskatchewan's most trusted electronic cigarette retailers.  We are opening Moose Jaw's only dedicated electronic cigarette shop on May 1st at 14 River St E, and are looking to fill the position of 3 retail sales associates

Position Responsibilities:
To offer a friendly greeting to customers.
    
Asking open ended questions about customers vaping in order to determine their needs.  

Be enthusiastic with the customer, handle several customers at once.

Thank customers for shopping at Planet of the Vapes

Answering questions about merchandise according to the customers level of expertise

Describing features and benefits of products

Explaining how to use and maintain devices

Resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Executing daily stock maintenance:
Doing light shelf facing maintenance
Ensuring that displays are clean, presentable
  
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Cashing in and out of your till
Opening and closing the shop
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
