Youngs Equipment Inc. is seeking a friendly, hardworking, and energetic leader to fill a full-time position as Shop Foreman in our Weyburn location, reporting directly to Service Manager!

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-    Oversee all technicians, wash bay attendants, and yardmen.
-    Monitor technicians on the performance of their duties.
-    Monitor the status of work orders to confirm efficient and accurate completion.
-    Enforce all company standards and procedures; ensuring all provincially and federally legislated safe work practices are being practiced by all shop employees.
-    Ensure the cleanliness of the shop, and fully operational shop tools, equipment and vehicles.
-    Coordinate with Service Manager about needed repairs on shop tools, equipment and vehicles.
-    When necessary, assist Service staff with various administrative duties.

Job requirements and qualifications include:
-    Minimum 5 years as a Journeyman AMT or Heavy Duty Mechanic is preferred.
-    Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
-    Strong customer service skills.
-    Previous managerial experience considered an asset.
