Career Overview:
The Change Management and Communications Specialist will be engaged in the Design, Configure, and Deploy Phases of the project with the Ministry of Finance, its implementation partners and several internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:Minimum of eight (8) years of working experience as a Change Management Specialist in a senior capacity on at least two projects with a project budget exceeding $7 million.
    Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a Communications Specialist role in at least an intermediate capacity on at least two projects with a project budget exceeding $5 millio
Qualifications  Scored Requirements: Proven record of achievement as a Change Management and Communications Specialist with demonstrable previous experience working on multi-million dollar projects involving large-scale organizational change and communications efforts
    Significant demonstrable experience creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
    Significant demonstrable working experience and knowledge with change management principles and methodologies
    Previous working experience in the public sector is considered an asset.
    Significant demonstrable working experience and familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools, and methodologies.
    Previous working experience articulating and communicating to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at all levels within an organization; particularly, public sector organizations.
    Demonstrable previous experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders on business critical projects.
    Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders to adopt and move towards a common vision.
