We are presently looking to hire a New Home Sales Representative whos primary role is to engage with prospective purchasers, qualify their interest and represent our Developers and their new home projects in a fashion that is consistent with our company's operations in an effort to convert prospective visitors into purchasers. This individual must enjoy engaging with others, be professional and courteous with a positive attitude who is self-motivated.
Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
-The ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, peers, customers and vendors.
-Answer telephones and inquiries, welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre.
-Meet and greet every customer, demonstrate model.
-Prepares sales documents prior to scheduled appointment.
-Prepare and distribute sales data daily, weekly and monthly.
-Review all sales files for accuracy; make corrections as required; final review and process of sales file to Head Office.
-Maintain and update monthly sales register.
-Schedule customer meetings and other business appointments.
-Build relationships with area brokers; attend sales meetings and all other mandatory company meetings and events as necessary.
-Maintain consistent and effective follow up with prospective clients in an effort to convert sales.
-Maintain customer databases.
-Maintain & update marketing and sales reports as required.
-Adheres to Sales & Marketing and Company policies.
-Work Hours; Monday to Thursday 2pm to 9pm, Fridays off, Weekends 1pm to 5pm - 5 days per week.
