Description

We are presently looking to hire a New Home Site Receptionist (Host) whose primary role will be to greet and register walk-in clients, answer phone calls and provide support to the Site Sales Representatives and Site Administrators. This individual must enjoy engaging with others, be professional and courteous with a positive attitude who is self-motivated.

Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to,  

-Answer telephones and inquiries, welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre.
-Enter data from contact cards into database, check for previous registration for brokers and referrals, advise of issues for sales representatives to follow-up with broker/customer
-Maintain customer databases
Order and maintain Marketing and Sales materials as necessary
-Conduct inspections to ensure sales centre & models are always kept neat & clean, ensuring all decorated areas are also in order; report any concerns as necessary.
-Maintain filing system and inventory of office supplies
-Assist in scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives as requested
-Support Management, Sales Representatives and Site Administrator with administrative and sales related tasks
-Assist with the set-up of new sales centres.
-Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
-Must be available to work Sales Center Hours which are Monday to Thursday 2pm-9pm, Weekends 1pm to 5pm (3 to 5 shifts per week).
