McMorrow Construction Ltd. is a local construction company serving Saskatoon and surrounding areas. As we enter our busy summer season, we are looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to join our team!
This position is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
As a receptionist with McMorrow Construction Ltd, you will be responsible for:
- General reception duties including typing, scanning, and filing correspondence
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Directing incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner
- Oversee couriers and mail; both incoming and outgoing
Skills Required:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional in speech and dress
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Outgoing, friendly, with superb problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in the execution of tasks
- Great organizational and time management skills are a must
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be at work, on time, each day
- Must be a team player
- Willing to help out where needed
