Job Description:
Farm supervisors supervise the work of general farm workers & harvesting labourers & perform general farm duties. Supervise general farm workers & harvesting labourers.
Job Duties:
? Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers.
? Develop work schedules & establish procedures
? Maintain quality control & production records
? Perform general farm duties
Experience & Education Requirements:
? No education needed
? At least 1 year of previous farming experience
