NORAC Systems International Inc. is a Saskatoon-based manufacturer with a proven record in international markets; specializing in design, development, production and marketing of control systems for the Agriculture Industry.
We are currently seeking a
Product Specialist
Role:
The Product Specialist will report to the Service & Aftermarket Sales Manager for North America and will have a primary focus on managing and growing NORACs aftermarket dealer base in Canada, as well as supporting NORACs OEM business and service activities.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assumes primary management responsibility for assigned territory, including:
Meet with each dealer quarterly and report on dealer visits. Manage all aspects of the relationship between existing dealers and NORAC.
Prospect new dealers.
Visit each of the OEMs dealers or sales reps in the territory to encourage sales through the factory.
Interact with end users of OEM product.
Manage delivery of marketing resources to dealers, including brochures, promotional materials, tradeshow support.
Attend tradeshows within the assigned territory and provide OEM and dealer support before and during the show.
Provide required sales forecasts for each assigned account.
Assist NORACs Service Department with phone and onsite technical support.
Provide technical support and sales training to dealers.
Required Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of markets served by NORAC.
Experience with hydraulics and precision ag equipment is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge.
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate college degree.
2-5 years outside technical and/or sales experience.
Agricultural background preferred.
Additional Information
Up to 50% travel is expected within North America.
