BRANCH MANAGER  SASKATOON, SK

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Saskatoon Branch Manager will direct sales and operating activities of the branch with responsibility for the achievement of sales, margin, inventory and expense goals. Specific
responsibilities include:


maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
organizing and operating the warehouse
overseeing management of inventories
developing and managing sales and operating budgets for the branch
participating in the development of capital expense budgets
implementing and maintaining internal and external customer service standards
implementing price, credit and delivery policies
providing direction, training, coaching and leadership to employees
recruiting and orienting new staff to the branch and company
ensuring all branch employees understand and follow company policies and procedures
creating, implementing and supervising programs to drive sales and improve margins
establishing strong customer relationships


Qualifications:

minimum of five (5) years industry experience
demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate a team
previous branch management experience preferred
strong decision-making, analytical, communication and networking skills
high level of commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
willingness to participate in additional training ie. First Aid, Health and Safety, Leadership
