North Ridge Development Corporation is seeking a full time sales consultant for our Saskatoon Division. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and needs are met through your sales services techniques. As a key component as the front line representation for North Ridge Development Corporation you will present a professional and responsible attitude at all times. Residential sales require attendance to customer needs evenings and weekends with exemplary communication and delivery skills while negotiating the best deal for both the client and the corporation. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of the market in Saskatoon and area with an eye for detail and products that will meet our clients needs. A well grounded understanding of the current market and land values is required. Your main Tasks and Responsibilities will include:

- Generate, develop all qualified leads, responding to all client inquiries and meet their needs
- Cultivate and follow up referrals, following up all leads
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Qualify and aid clients in all aspects of house sales and build
- Write, present and negotiate sales contracts under the Management Teams direction
- Report and monitor all sales activities and leads in a timely manner
- Monitor the competition market, trends, conditions and product development
- Provide market information and potential changes that may enhance the corporations ability to provide goods and services that meet current market trends    

Education and Experience:

- Good understanding of residential sales contract law
- Solid sales & business principles and practices
- Solid understanding of residential builds and processes

A valid drivers license and vehicle is a must.
