Manpower is recruiting for Inside Sales Representatives for one of our clients in Saskatoon. This role is permanent with competitive benefits!

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Make volume calls to potential agencies around the world
Develop and cultivate leads through your pipeline from prospecting and qualifying, to negotiating and closing. We provide you with all of the leads.
Articulate the IT company's service, benefits and processes to potential targets
Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan
Be able to contribute significantly to the company's unique team culture

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Training and experience is considered an asset, but not mandatory
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic
A competitive team player who will do what it takes to win
