A.C.T. Equipment Sales Ltd., a leading industrial supply company specializing in Abrasives & Cutting tools requires a responsible positive thinker with an outgoing personality to join our Saskatoon location.  

This position works within the inside sales and warehouse department answering customers phone calls, enquiries, processing sales orders, shipping, receiving and performing various other warehouse duties as required.   A successful candidate will have outstanding telephone, organizational and prioritizing skills.

Position Responsibilities:
> Answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers, processing sales orders
> Assisting outside sales staff with customer orders
> Shipping & Receiving goods, preparing orders, inventory control
> General warehouse clean up and organization
> Performing other duties and additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:
> Customer service experience is an asset
> Industrial supply and forklift operation experience an asset
> Requires heavy lifting, up to 60 lbs
> Excellent attention to detail
> Strong organizational and prioritization skills
> Proficient with MS Office XP Suite; MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook
> A self starter who can contribute to an effective team
> Highly motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail
> WHMIS Certification would be an asset
