FBC Saskatoon is currently seeking a permanent, full-time team player who is energetic, motivated, and enjoys the opportunity to utilize their top-notch telephone skills to enhance the Member experience. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Answers, transfers and directs incoming calls, using listening skills to accurately discern how and where the calls are to be directed
    Play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are handled promptly
    Follow-up work, via electronic or phone, required on outstanding activities
    Have ability to identify sales opportunities to retain and grow our business and be willing to offer general suggestions on our services that may meet their needs
    Maintenance and ordering of office supplies

Desired Skills and Experience

As our successful Receptionist you should have:
    Business Administration Certificate or College Office Administration Diploma (equivalent work experience will be considered)
    1+ years of Reception/Customer Service experience
    Superior knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
    Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
    Thorough knowledge of general office protocol
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
