Our Supervisor's are self-motivated, goal oriented, fun individuals with a strong ability to lead and motivate their crew.
The Supervisor handles the day-to-day organization of running the store and focuses on customer service, quality product, leadership and staff development, employee morale and store security.
Swan Pizza Is looking for Restaurant Supervisor on Fulltime basis as we are open 7 days a week and at least 15 hours everyday.
Responsibilities
Operational management: organising stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security;
Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximising profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling takings in the restaurant, administering payrolls,
Day-to-day operation of the store
Leader in Customer Service
Ability to lead 6-10 crew members
Perform daily shift reports and deposit cash in Bank.
Able to create the perfect pizza, take customer orders, ensure delivery is made within reasonable time limits.
Manage food and labor costs.
Negotiate price with corporate clients for events.
Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
Employee Scheduling
Resolve tough issues internally and with customers
Valid Drivers License (be able to get the Saskatchewan Drivers License as travelling within city will be required as part of Job)
Basic Math and Analytical Skills
Hours: 50+/- per week.
Other tasks and responsibilities as appropriate with the Job Function and assigned by management.
Required Experience & Education
Three years of previous experience required in supervisory roles in Restaurant Business, Pizza experience would be an asset.
At least secondary school certificate Required. Graduation in Business Management would be preferred.
Wages
Swan Pizza Offer's $12/hour for fulltime Restaurant Supervisor Position along with vacation time as per Labour standards of Saskatchewan.
