Description

As Records Management Clerk you will be responsible for:
Working independently and accurately to assess the clients needs and the ability to communicate with the client when there are questions or issues to be addressed  
Accurate and timely day to day filing of client correspondence for all service lines
Support and contribute to paperless initiatives within records management (both electronic and hard copy files)
Create and maintain client files both electronic and hard copy files
Accurate and timely retrieval and delivery of paper and electronic files
File room organization
Photocopy, assembly and scanning of documents as requested
Business equipment maintenance: call in repairs and supplies for photocopiers, and be the on-site contact person for the technician
Manage inventory of all supplies (i.e. stationery items, paper, toners, coffee/tea/soft drinks, etc.) and place order on a weekly basis or as needed
Manage Mailroom/Supplies Area: responsible for all areas of mailroom and office systems including material management, mail/courier and organizing of supplies within the office space
Backup to reception as required
Work collaboratively with administrative colleagues locally and regionally

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a records or information management environment
Ability to lift and manage a physical file collection (i.e. a twenty pound box)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent attention to detail
Experienced working with senior professionals in a fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines
Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task
Experience working in a fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
