Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to managers and employees within the Food & Beverage team and is the key contact for other departments including Finance and Entertainment. This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the inventory control program entering receipts, reconciling pending sales, recording waste, and monitoring daily specials. You will compile month-end requirements, reports and inventories for Finance to produce monthly financial reports. Other responsibilities include coding, reconciling and processing a large amount of invoices. Technical and communication skills are essential in this position in order to create, edit and proofread documents using Microsoft Office (i.e., primarily working with Word, Excel and Outlook). Additionally you will be answering and or redirecting telephone calls and e-mails, opening and distributing incoming/outgoing correspondence, and performing other duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Office Education and a minimum of one year of experience working in an administrative support role. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.
