The Role:

Administer the infrastructure of networks, systems and hardware as well as provide IT support to 10 branches of this law firm in all major cities in Canada from Montreal and Toronto in the east to Calgary and Vancouver in the west
Network services: email, messenger, antivirus, backup, storage, printing, scanning, control and monitor
Business solutions: accounting, attendance, payroll, tracking, dictation and other systems
Infrastructure: servers, cables, wireless, switches, printers and scanners
IT support: upgrade, install, configure, troubleshoot, research, etc.
