This Saskatchewan manufacturer is looking for a seasoned engineer who will share its commitment to delivering top-quality products. As Engineering & Quality Manager, you will oversee the engineering quality departments and serve as an equal member of the senior management team.

What you will do:
* Oversee and manage engineering & quality teams
* Supervise design of metal fabricated products for a variety of industries
* Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure designs meet specifications
* Manage quality with a focus on continuous improvement
* Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for internal and third-party audits
* Report on non-conformance incidents and take corrective action

Must haves:
* 10+ years of progressive engineering and management experience in a manufacturing environment
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in mechanical engineering (P.Eng. an asset)
* Proven success implementing process improvements to optimize product quality
* Expert knowledge of engineering design principles and metal fabrication processes
* Strong ability to lead and collaborate with a variety of different personalities
* ISO compliance experience an asset
* Welding experience an asset
