Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities/Competencies
Meet with Sub trades, submit daily reports and schedule updates
Attend FWS and Sub trade safety meetings
Assist Superintendent with coordination between DM and CM trades, ensure paperwork is complete
Coordinate survey and month end quantity checks, quality control
Manage CM field documents
Compile field density tests, provide electronic files and spreadsheet to office weekly, provide site photos
Draft RFIs or NCRs electronically
Identify PCNs or extra work, verify daily timesheet and sign off
Complete utility locates for site and track as required,

Qualifications
Completion or enrolled in Construction Management Program, Project Management or similar program
Pleasant demeanour with an ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks while working within a team environment.
Well developed oral and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a high level of organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Must be proficient with MS Office.
Knowledge of construction sub-trades would be an asset.

Other
Location will be on construction site either in MB or SK.
Hours/rotations will be advised at a later date.
