Administrative Assistant III - DTI Saskatoon, Sask.
Competition # 1502 101S April 30

Responsibilities:
To work with DTI educational programs, providing all support functions such as; directing calls and dealing with general enquiries from the public in person and over the phone, filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, sorting/routing mail, compose and type letters from general instructions, prepare tables, reports, invoices and other statements, attend and participate in various DTI meetings, general administrative duties,  and assist in the maintenance of student records, relevant duties as required by other centre staff and any other duties as assigned by the Coordinator. Emphasis of this position is filing and maintaining and enhancing the current DTI filing system.

Qualifications:    
The ideal candidate will have Post Secondary Training in a related field. The individual must have sound knowledge of and have practical application skills in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, highly motivated and the ability to work with individuals from various equity groups and with little supervision is required.
