GeoIT Inc. specializes in IT, Geographic Information System and Engineering Service. In the past 20 years, GeoIT has served the clients of Federal, provincial/state, municipal governments and private sectors including the utilities and top pipeline companies.

Due to fast growing and high demand of workload, Engineering and Technology group of our client in Regina needs 5 Project Controllers (PC) to assist Project Leaders with the implementation of project management standards throughout the project lifecycle. The PC will ensure PMO processes are being followed on projects they are assigned. The PC may also assist in the development and rollout of new PM processes & maintenance of PM documents.

* WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Setup project site in MS Project Server 2013
- Assist with preparation of project plans
- Manage the schedule development
- Maintain project schedule
- Maintain risk register
- Report preparation
- Change control
- Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- Attend project meetings
- Document Lessons Learned
- Record and follow up on Project deficiencies
- Provide project management guidance and templates to project leaders
- Maintain and update templates/processes

* QUALIFICATIONS
  CAPM designation from the Project Management Institute. (PMP or Engineering degree would be nice to have)
  Strong organization and communication skills
  Must have experience with project management support for physical construction projects and not just IT
  Experience in the oil and Gas industry and particular experience with physical capital projects will be considered beneficial.
  Leadership skills
  Detail oriented
  Address/respond to multiple competing demands
  Understanding of project management best practices
  Project Management experience in Scheduling, Cost control, Risk management & Change control

  Experience/training in the ADKAR Change Management model
