We are looking to hire a sales focused Team Lead at our The Mall at Lawson Heights location.
As a Team Lead you will share accountability with the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager for achieving shop sales goals. You will maintain a leadership role in sales generation within the shop. In the absence of the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager, Team Leaders have all duties, responsibilities, and authority of the Shop Manager. You will always ensure the shop's number one priority is customer service.
