The employee in this classification is responsible to develop and implement work plan schedules, priorities and administrative procedures, including monitoring and controlling the flow of information and budgetary aspects for work teams and small to large corporate projects. This position is also responsible to monitor project and work progress, analyze problems, gather information and make recommendations on alternative solutions.
The key responsibilities are project management for renovations and building construction as well as space and furniture design, coordination, and implementation for SaskPower facilities across Saskatchewan. The position would be a project lead for multiple projects and will procure, manage and oversee the consultants and contractors required to do the work. Coordinating the customers needs and administering meetings and overseeing the safety components to the project. An understanding of codes as well as proficiency with AutoCAD is required and ability to use REVIT and SAP are an asset.
There would be travel required to SaskPower sites to update as built drawings, attend meetings and oversee construction.
