The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Accountant to perform the following responsibilities:

Manage, review and reconcile monthly reports to the GL
Manage the Payroll System
Review and report on margins and various variances-report at meetings
Prepare, monitor and manage compliance with Tax requirements within proper timelines
Prepares and reviews all general accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations (AR & AP)
Collaborate on preparation of Variance analysis from Budget on Monthly basis
Assist in monthly Financial statement preparation as well as forecasting
Maintain correspondence with both key individuals and shareholders both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate:

Accounting Degree with a designation or, close to completion of an Accounting Designation
Strong communication, computer and organizational skills required
An "outside of the box" thinker and excellent at multi-tasking
Great attention to detail with solutions-oriented mindset  
Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
A proven problem solver, with a positive and friendly attitude

Compensation will be discussed and based upon credentials and experience
