Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria  Regina (DC Restaurants Inc.) is looking for a Culinary Manager for its new location coming to the Queen City the spring of 2015. Famoso is a Neapolitan pizzeria that follows the traditions of authentic pizza. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be a part of a new experience in Regina.

The Culinary Manager (CM) is responsible for all kitchen operations, inventory & order systems, cleanliness and shift management. As the CM, you will impact an environment in which the guest is always the #1 priority by ensuring that positive guest experiences are influenced and executed through Famoso Standards. The Culinary Manager, although responsible for kitchen operations, is not a kitchen manager. The CM will be running shifts and working on the floor. The candidate for this position must be organized, comfortable learning and operating the inventory & order systems, and will be a confident individual that is passionate about running shifts in a fast paced guest driven environment.

- Although restaurant experience is preferred it is not necessary. This is a position that will provide the right individual the potential to advance into a senior management role. It is important the candidate has management experience in a customer service based business where they managed employees that reported to them directly. The Candidate will also be running the floor as a shift manager, so confidence with floor management, speaking with guests and working in a front of house role is imperative.
- Candidate must have a great and solid work ethic. The Culinary Manager position is not a nine to five job so you must anticipate working flexible hours and possibly more than 44 hours (if needed) each week with a commitment to punctuality and accessibility.
