The Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) is currently seeking one (1) dynamic Change Management Advisor to support the mandate of the Saskatchewan Electronic Medical Record Program (EMR) initiatives. Working in collaboration with eHealth Saskatchewan, this position will understand the overarching vision, goals, and objectives as well as the specific value and functionality of individual solutions and services associated with SMA Electronic Medical Record (EMR); undertake marketing activities that support the awareness and adoption of Saskatchewan Electronic Health Record (EHR) and EMR solutions; provide transition and change management services before, during, and after EHR/EMR implementation to enhance mature use and clinic optimization; and provide support to physicians within their clinical setting.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Saskatoon. Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
