Description:
To be a Team Leader you are capable of reviewing, understanding jobs & taking direction from Mgmt Using this info you will manage your crew at job sites ensuring safety and industry standards are met. You must possess the ability to sketch and measure structures and accurately report all info back to Mgmt. At job sites you will ensure the customers and their belongings are treated with the utmost care and respect by your crew, as well as company vehicles and equipment are respected, maintained and returned to the shop each day.
Qualifications:
-Valid SK drivers license is required -experience pulling a trailer and or operating a Cleanco Truck Mount unit is a huge asset
-Excellent communication skills are required Able to give and take direction effectively
-Must be available evenings and weekends when required for oncall schedule and when required for emergency situations.
-Customer service orientated and professional in appearance and rapport with customers, adjusters, industry professionals and fellow employees
-Previous experience in property restoration is required. Although not mandatory, at least one credit with the IICRC would be preferred
After 3 months of employment we offer an excellent benefit pkg. We also have an oncall bonus incentive for our Team Leaders.
