Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Document Control Analyst to work on site with our client, near Vanscoy, SK. Our client understands a work/life balance. This is a 2-3 month contract position. You will work 10 hours days, allowing you a 4 day weekend every 2nd week. The successful candidate will be providing support to a project team.  The main responsibility will be to ensure that all documents are accurate, available and maintained.  

Responsibilities for the Document Control Analyst will include;
- Controlling and assisting ongoing development of the document system
- Ensure all documents are accurate, available and maintained
- Correspond with vendors to provide support and advice.
- Edit and proofread document for grammar, correct spelling and clarity
- Effectively follow the companys standard operating procedures in the submission of documents

Qualifications include;
-5 years experience with Document Control, Analyst role preferred
-Extremely strong computer skills
-PowerPoint, Aconex, and SAP experience is an asset
-Superior organizational skills, able to prioritize
-Confident, personable, able to work with a team
-Strong communication skills, verbal and written
-Must have strong work ethic
-Reliable transportation
