Adecco is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Management job in Saskatoon, Sk. We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional to join our clients thriving business. Our client is a long standing manufacturer in Saskatchewan with a passion for growth and team spirit. From humble beginnings our client has grown and expanded into worldwide markets. As a member of the management team, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the implementation of a preventative maintenance plan to ensure equipment and facilities are running smoothly with minimal downtime. The successful candidate will have five or more years experience in a production related facility working in both production and maintenance areas. Our client believes that developing their employees is the most important piece of a successful business and the incumbent must share this view.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
-Reporting to the General Manager; oversee and repair all production equipment and facilities
-Develop and maintain an effective preventable maintenance schedule
-Maintain the parts inventory and operation critical components
-Solicit and analyze costs for equipment replacement or repair
-Train, guide and supervise maintenance team members

Qualifications:
-Journeyperson Mechanic or Electrician is preferred; A combination of technical education and work experience will also be considered
-5+ years production experience with CNC and robotic equipment an asset
-Experience with development, implementation and utilization of preventative maintenance plan
-Strong leadership and communication skills with dedication to health and safety
-Successful management of budgets, deadlines and user satisfaction
-Ability to complete physically demanding work (i.e. standing, lifting etc.)
