BIG RIVER FIRST NATION And ONE NATION VENTURES Inc.
    RETAIL STORE MANAGER FOR THE MIAMI GAS BAR
Full-time position (1)

The Big River First Nation and One Nation Ventures Inc. are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of STORE MANAGER for the MIAMI GAS BAR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and service, inventory control, marketing, merchandising and staff management and development.
Applicants must possess strong organization, controlling, leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on superior customer service set within a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
    Minimum Grade 12 education
    Valid class 5 drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
    Demonstrated experience in a retail work environment.
    Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
    Previous experience with a computerized Point of Sale system is an asset.
    A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel primarily)
    Will be knowledgeable and sensitive to First Nations culture and beliefs; issues and barriers
    Ability to speak/understand the Cree language is a valuable asset
    Applicant must be bondable
