WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A WORKFLOW COORDINATOR.

The Workflow Coordinator/ tower operator will be responsible for duties that include but not limited to the following:

    Direct workflow to technicians to maintain shop capacity, efficiency and productivity.
    Co-ordinating with service consultants to prioritize work coming in to ensure repairs completed in a timely manner.
    Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance workshop productivity to shop managers and provide updates and details whenever required to over come any over load which may create delay beyond promise date.
    Follow up on work in progress and co-ordinating with shop manager to keep all technicians at maximum manpower utilization.
    Using internal repair orders to help reach production goals in a timely manner.

Previous experience working in a Dealership's Service Dept. with Reynolds & Reynolds would be considered a definite asset.
