Description

The Estevan Bruins Jr. A Hockey Club is now taking applications for a full time position as the Estevan Bruins Office Administrator. This person is an organized, customer orientated individual who is passionate about community. In this fun and fast paced environment, the Office Administrator will work out of the Estevan Bruins office in Affinity Place, mainly during regular business hours, and will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
    Bookkeeping Management
o    Data entry of financial information into an accounting program
o    Invoicing and accounts receivables

    Administrative Duties     
o    Customer inquiries
o    Program and camp participant registration and information compilation
o    Bruin player information compilation  
o    Creating spreadsheets and organizing data
o    Assisting in sales of season tickets

    Administrative Assistance in planning and executing Special Events and Fundraisers
    Bruin Game Day Preparation
o    Management of Ticketing system
o    Volunteer recruitment
o    Game day administrative duties
    
Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies
    Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship skills
    Experience with computer accounting programs similar to QuickBooks or Simply Accounting
    Demonstrate a high aptitude in computer skills in Microsoft Office programs such as word, excel and outlook
    Ability to demonstrate attention to detail when inputting financial data into computer programs
    Demonstrate organizational ability and initiative including prioritizing to meet deadlines


Possession of a Business Administration Degree/Diploma/Certificate is not necessary but would be considered an asset.

Start date is flexible but the position will be filled very soon
