Description

Basic Purpose:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell Person is to exceed the expectations of our customers by
ensuring a high quality of service is offered to guests upon their arrival

Major Responsibilities and Duties (to fulfill major purpose):
1.Greets & escorts guests upon arrival and during check-out process.
2. Offer assistance to handle luggage or locate luggage cart.
3.Offer Valet parking.
4. Offer assistance & direction to guests throughout their stay.
5.Maintain organization & cleanliness of lobby & foyer.
6.Replenish supplies as required.
7.Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Strong multi-tasking abilities along with excellent communication and customer skills.
Work effectively as a team member.
Ability to work well under pressure and in changing situations.
Able to maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency.
Ability to lead in a creative and fun environment.

Working Conditions:
Indoor & outdoor working conditions.
Standing, moving, bending.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Days, evenings, weekends and holiday hours as required.

Experience, Training and Education (demonstrating requirements):
Minimum of six (6) months experience in a customer service role.  
Valid drivers license.
