Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleans and prepares guest rooms daily in accordance with Radisson standards.
Prepares bed and bath linens
Cleans and straightens room
Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials
Orders repairs as appropriate
Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found
Knowledge of WHMIS
Additional duties as required
Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently
Keeps supply cart stocked
Organizes and cleans linen closet removes soiled, torn or worn linens
Notifies Housekeeping Department of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment
Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contacts.
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
Six months experience within a full service hotel property operation is preferred.
Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources and time.
Understand technical service skills for the housekeeping department.
Able to maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency.
Follow safety & security rules and procedures.
Working Conditions:
Hotel Room working conditions.
Standing, moving, bending.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Eight hour shifts throughout weekdays & weekends. (8am, 9am & 10am start times)
