The Bell Barn Society is seeking a Treasurer responsible for all financial transactions as approved by the Board of Directors.
The position will be available as of 22nd April 2015.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Collection and Documentation of all funds received and dispersed in daily operations.
- Preparation and Payment of staff payroll
- Payment of Invoices approved by the Board of Directors
- Issue of Income Tax receipts for donations
- Maintain Bank accounts
- Provide monthly financial statements to the Board of Driectors
- Attend monthly Board meetings
Some accounting and computer skills are required
