Insurance Administrative Assistant
Regina - Full-Time Position

Working under the guidance of the Director, Insurance Services, this position will project a professional image to all clients, members and vendors, by offering a hospitable welcome and providing prompt courteous information, while also providing support to insurance brokers as required.  

Key Responsibilities:
Data entry for policies, quotes, and database updating
General office duties include; payment processing, photocopying, scanning, mail distribution, answering telephones, etc.
Assist brokers as required by updating customer accounts, invoicing and other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
Professional and courteous demeanor
Working knowledge of CAA's product lines.  Experience with reception duties or general insurance would be a definite asset
Organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including tact, diplomacy and discretion


Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
