Description

Employer is seeking an experienced dependable, pleasant, hard working individual with a positive attitude.  Shift work is required.
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Lunches; Dinners; Banquets; Steak and Buffet; Therapeutic diets; Full course meals

Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals; Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods; Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, working within pricing guidelines. ; Work with minimal supervision; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; Clean and Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Order and Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Plan menus and meals with clients; Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.); Plan, Organize and manage buffets and banquets
