The Project Team will conduct an historical review of approximately 1,200 high-pressure natural gas transmission pipeline records over a 2-year time frame. The team will be responsible for the following;
Sourcing /collecting the historical records from multiple sources
Organizing /categorizing the data as per the corporate Records Information Management policies (RIM)
Conducting and Engineering Assessment on each pipeline
Entry of the asset data into the corporate GIS
Team Leader will be responsible to establish and document a process map along with any procedures and work instructions required to complete the assessment on an individual pipeline. Once established, the Team Leader will participate in resourcing the remaining contract individuals to support the assessment required. The Team Lead will be responsible for daily operation of a 5-person team and responsible to track and report on the teams results on a weekly basis. The creation of a database to track the production and some key pipeline items may also be required from the Team Leader.
Mandatory (non-negotiable)
MUST have a Professional Engineering Designation in Canada with 10 years experience
Preferred
1. Oil and Gas Engineering/Business Management experience preference is candidate with a minimum of 10 years
2. Management of Teams demonstrated experience in building and managing teams
3. Management of Data Significant Excel and Share Point experience/expertise
4. List any past experience with TransGas / SaskEnergy
5. Experience with Regulators Experiencing in preparing for and dealing with Ministry of the Economy or National Energy Board requests for information
6. Experience in analysis of pressure test and yield plots
7. Experience in the creation or management systems including process mapping, procedure development, work instructions and templates
