DAY-TO-DAY SUPERVISION OF HOUSING PROGRAM STAFF AND DELIVERY SERVICE. DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMUNITY HOUSING PLAN INCLUDING BUDGETS, CYCLICAL INSPECTIONS, RENOVATIONS, CAPITAL PROJECTS. PREPARATION AND MONITORING OF ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGETS. PROGRAM REPORTING AS REQUIRED BY CONTRIBUTION/FUNDING AGREEMENTS. ATTEND ON-SITE HOUSING INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED. MONITOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ALL BAND BUILDINGS. SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION OF NEW HOUSING CONSTRUCTION.
