Current demand and upcoming projects has resulted in an opportunity for a Field Services Supervisor in our Estevan location. We are searching for a seasoned Engineer-in-Training with experience supervising staff and assigning projects in the field and lab. This Supervisor will oversee technical operations and strategic growth of the Estevan office through Business Development. Marketing our consulting and testing services and closing sales is a major responsibility of this role.
We are looking for the following qualifications in the future leader of our Estevan office:
Engineering Degree or combination of education and related work experience
minimum three years experience in a supervisory role
knowledge of the principles, procedures and practices of construction material testing
knowledge of the instruments and apparatus used in material testing
knowledge of road construction engineering principles and procedures
versatile and multifaceted with a willingness to grow and accept new challenges
responsible role model and lead by example when mentoring employees
