RV Sales Manager  Moose Jaw RV & Marine

Moose Jaw RV & Marine is an established dealership with a good foundation of quality recreational trailers, marketing and reputation.  We have a full service and parts team that will support you to finalize sales and provide great after sales service to your customers.

As Sales Manager, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, exceptional customer service, strong communication skills.  This position will be responsible:

         for training and overseeing all RV sales team
         establish short and long term goals for the Sales Department
         RV inventory management and be an active partner in the marketing strategies for the dealership
         for building a strong customer relationship base
         liaise between customers and all departments including parts, service and finance
         generate innovative ideas to exceeds sales goals and actively involved in implementing CRM process to dealership
         plan and mange sales budget and forecast by initiating cost control technique
         observe activities of competition: analyze market trends and help to select product lines
