The City of Meadow Lake is inviting applications for the term position of City Manager to cover for a maternity leave.
The City Manager is responsible to Mayor and Council and exercises powers under the Cities Act, City bylaws and policies. The City has approximately 50 full time employees.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience and be responsible for Council meetings, advising Council, generating reports as requested, supervising department heads, budget oversight and for the overall planning, coordination and management of the operations of the organization.

The ideal candidate will also possess a minimum Local Government Administration certificate, Accounting designation or Bachelor of Commerce degree with at least five years of municipal experience in a leadership position.
