Sun West School Division invites applications for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk in the Sun West School Division Office, Rosetown, SK.  This is a temporary position, 37.5 hours per week, commencing as soon as possible and ending May 20, 2016.

The successful applicant will be responsible for management of the accounts payable and receivable in the school division.  This position requires the performance of all accounting duties based on school division business procedures and Public Sector Accounting Board standards.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of at least 1 year of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting with preference given to applicants with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar certification. The successful candidate will possess sufficient accounting related training and/or accounting experience to provide knowledge of general accounting practices and principles.
