Financial Services Representative II - Yorkton

POSITION:
The primary purpose of this position is to be a part of a team of knowledgeable sales people with a genuine commitment to create and maintain delighted, fully banked, profitable, lifetime members. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services - Yorkton, the Financial Services Representative II will provide members and potential members with quality, professional and efficient service in the delivery of consumer lending and mortgage services. The individual in this position will develop solid working relationships and be a strong team player by providing assistance and encouragement to other staff; train, support and participate in aspects of branch operations as required. The successful candidate must have a commitment to pro-actively work to retain and expand existing member relationships, while pursuing new sources of business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have Grade 12 diploma & 2yrs of post-secondary education; plus1-3 years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience. This individual must have exceptional communication skills, good problem solving skills and the ability to build and develop strong working relationships. A commitment to continuous learning and development is required over and above the requirements for the position.
